Part time: M-F, 15-29 hrs/week

Job Description:
The Operations Processor supports the Launch Servicing business unit with specific responsibilities focused on timely and accurate processing of a variety of functions across multiple asset classes; including but not limited to; UCC filings, subordinations, transfer & assumption, payments & payment related processing, account maintenance, account research, reporting and communication with borrowers, clients and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Handle documentation and processes for completion of UCC filings, execution of subordination agreements and the facilitation of transfer & assumption agreements as directed by client program guidelines, monitoring and taking actions on changes through our external vendor partners, client direction and other sources
- Process cash & non-cash payments, payment research, refunds, other related payment processes and provide support to account reconciliation
- Process email and text messaging campaigns
- Ensure accurate processing of incoming files and validate system updates
- Interact with team members, management and program administrator regarding process
- Respond to incoming borrower portal messages and email questions from selected queues
- Maintain clear, concise and accurate documentation of all action taken on borrower’s accounts, including calls and messages received and responded to
- Research, analyze and reconcile loan payment discrepancies and disputes.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of UCC filing practices, actively participate in vendor training & support
- Review and process invoices from vendors, ensuring accuracy with client billing
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Other Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or High School diploma or GED and equivalent number of years of experience
- Minimum 2+ years of operations experience demonstrated through work in the banking, finance, insurance, mortgage, consumer lending or student loan industry preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills: professional, courteous, friendly, warm, empathetic, level-headed and composed
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time to maintain department productivity standards and consistently carry out job responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) desired
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
