Senior Communications Analyst
The Senior Communications Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing outbound customer communications to efficiently and effectively increase Goal’s omnichannel outreach. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that campaigns are designed in a manner that increases engagement and drives customer behavior. This role will be responsible for analyzing performance data and making necessary adjustments to improve communications strategies and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with technology, operations, business intelligence and compliance teams to understand, define and deploy communication campaigns for existing and new customers; including but not limited to letters, emails, text messages, dialer campaigns and voicemails
- Operate and monitor Campaign Management systems
- Ensure all systems and reports are running efficiently to maximize productivity
- Develop and maintain templates, guidelines, and best practices for customer communications to streamline processes, maintain brand consistency and meet regulatory guidelines; conduct testing and validation tasks accordingly
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Coordinate with Default Prevention to design and implement dialer and voicemail campaigns
- Monitor key metrics including call volume, inbound ticket volume and campaign success rate
- Provide regular feedback to leadership on campaign performance trends
- Coordinate with Development to identify and resolve issues with system-generated communications
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to address system issues related to the dialer software
- Ensure that all communications practices comply with relevant laws, regulations and compliance standards (e.g., TCPA, FDCPA)
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to ensure the organization uses the most effective communications strategies
Education & Other Minimum Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, or similar data analysis tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML programming
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in groups, with minimal supervision within a variety of situations
