Position: IT Support Intern
Location: Sioux Falls
Pay: $18/hour
Duration: Summer 2025 for 10-12 weeks
Hours: 20-40 hours/week with school schedule flexibility
Job Description:
Our IT department is offering a summer internship opportunity. In this role, you will assist with server management, network infrastructure, information security projects, and provide routine end-user support. As an IT Support Intern, you'll gain valuable experience working with enterprise-level technology, giving you insight into all aspects of enterprise IT infrastructure and support. You'll have the chance to work on real-world projects and learn from skilled professionals to enhance your technical skills.
Throughout your internship, you'll receive training and have plenty of hands-on opportunities with technology. We expect you to be proactive, quickly learn new processes, and actively contribute to projects. You will have the full support and guidance of the IT team as you work alongside them.

- Pursuing a degree in a relevant technical discipline
- Understanding of basic troubleshooting techniques for networks and applications
- Demonstrated ability and desire to quickly learn and apply new technologies
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues
